Effective date: August 10, 2026 · By using BrainScan ("BrainScan Pixel Retro") you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Entertainment only

BrainScan generates fictional, playful visualizations and scores derived from your photo. It does not analyze real brain anatomy, measure intelligence, diagnose anything, or provide medical, psychological, or scientific information of any kind. Results are for fun.

BrainScan Pro subscription

• Weekly: 7-day free trial, then $4.99 per week (price may vary by region). Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime: one-time $14.99 purchase, no renewal.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Subscription" button inside the app.
• We remind you on day 5 of the trial — two days before any charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Only scan photos you have the right to use. Don't use BrainScan results to harass, demean, or mislead anyone — the app is designed to flatter, keep it that way.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
